Returns & Exchanges
At KHOSH, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
* To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
As a small company we can not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your purchase to a different size, color, or style, please return the item and place a new order through our website. We understand that this may be inconvenient, so we encourage you to visit our How to Measure page and review the size chart for each style to ensure the best fit.

Contact us at shop@khoshthelabel.com to notify us about your return. Please include the reason for your return and provide us with the tracking number.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item. Please be aware that returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and will be refused.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
We aim to process your refund within 10 days of receiving the returned package to our warehouse. The refund will be processed back to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction. Thank you for your patience during this process.
