At Khosh, we believe that true luxury is founded on quality, ethics, and transparency. That’s why we are dedicated to openly sharing our production process, so you know exactly where and how your clothes are made.
Our collections are crafted in a carefully selected, female-led factory, Shenzhen GangyaGarment, located in Shenzhen, a region renowned for its advanced textile expertise and high production standards. This factory holds internationally recognized certifications that ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and environmentally responsible production.
Khosh’s founder, Ida, has spent over a decade in fashion manufacturing, collaborating with this factory to create mid-to-high-end European brands. Having lived in China before returning to Europe, she maintains a close relationship with the factory, visiting at least once a year. Over time, she and the factory’s founder, Peng, have developed a strong professional partnership and a deep friendship, feeling more like family than friends.
Fair & Ethical Working Conditions
The well-being of workers is a priority. Employees follow a structured schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday, and receive pensions along with the right to apply for vacation during holidays, including Chinese New Year, birthdays, and weddings. The factory also invests in its workforce by providing ongoing training and career development opportunities.
Certifications & Audits
To uphold the highest ethical and environmental standards, our factory maintains the Workplace Conditions Assessment (WCA) certification, which requires annual renewal. This certification ensures compliance in key areas, including:

● Safe working environments – Proper emergency preparedness, machine safety, and chemical management.
● Fair wages & reasonable hours – Employees receive fair compensation and benefits.
● Environmental responsibility – Compliance with waste management and emissions regulations.
In addition, our factory has been audited by the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), an independent system developed by Amfori. This audit verifies fair working conditions, appropriate compensation, and a safe, healthy workplace while ensuring protections for younger workers, ethical business conduct, and environmental accountability.
