Shipping

Customers can view their exact shipping cost at checkout before completing their order. This amount will be transparently displayed alongside the total purchase amount, ensuring clarity regarding all charges related to delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order is packed, you'll receive an email with a shipping confirmation, delivery details, and a link to track your order online. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update.

Returns

At KHOSH, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Contact us at shop@khoshthelabel.com to notify us about your return. Please include the reason for your return and provide us with the tracking number.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.   Please be aware that returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and will be refused.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Taxes & Duties

Products shipped within the EU include all applicable taxes and duties.

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply. As a small business, we are unable to cover these costs, which vary by country. The recipient is responsible for any customs handling charges, taxes, or duties, including any fees if the package is returned due to refusal.

Unclaimed parcels

Uncollected shipments will not be considered as returns. If you do not collect your parcel, the package will be returned to us. Please be aware that a fee of €15 will be charged to cover the handling costs for any uncollected orders.

Claims

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us at shop@khoshthelabel.com with your order number, full name and clear photos of the issue.

Please note that pilling is typically not considered a reason for a reclamation, as it is a natural effect caused by the wear of wool and cashmere.
