Before placing an order, please carefully read our terms and conditions of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Your order is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation. Please ensure that all information you provide, such as name, email and shipping address, is accurate. Customers under the age of 18 require parental consent.
Orders
Our website, khoshthelabel.com, is available 24 hours a day. We reserve the right to temporarily close the site for maintenance (typically during night hours).
Orders placed during weekends or Swedish public holidays are processed on the following business day.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations, without being liable for compensation:

If there are technical errors on the website (pricing error, payment malfunction, etc.)

If we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent or associated with unlawful activity

If an item is out of stock (remaining items in the order will still be shipped)
Prices & payment
All prices shown include VAT. The price applied to your order is the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
Delivery costs may vary depending on the shipping destination and will be shown separately at checkout.
KHOSH reserves the right to update prices due to changes in taxes, fees, or market conditions.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are paid by the recipient, and KHOSH has no control over or responsibility for such fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Payment options
We offer following payment options; Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more. Easy, fast and totally secure. Your checkout is always encrypted, so you can shop with confidence and a little main character energy.
Returns & refunds
You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition

With all labels attached

Returned in original packaging
Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted. Please keep return shipment receipts in case the package is lost during transit.
Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
If you paid with Klarna, the refund will be processed through Klarna. It may take your bank or card provider several business days to complete the transaction.
Unclaimed parcels
Failure to collect your parcel does not count as a return. If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, we may charge a handling fee of €20. This does not apply if you exercise your legal right of withdrawal and collect the parcel before returning it.
Exchanging
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order on our website
Faulty items
We aim to deliver products of the highest quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at shop@khoshthelabel.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
Please note: Pilling on wool and cashmere items is a natural effect of wear and is not considered a defect.
Claims
In the event of defective goods, claims are handled according to Swedish consumer protection law.
KHOSH reserves the right to reject claims for items that have been damaged due to improper handling or failure to follow care instructions. Items with delicate details such as buttons, knitwear and silk require careful use.
Variations in fit, texture, color or personal preference do not qualify as a claim.

Force majeure
KHOSH is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, cyber-attacks, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
While force majeure lasts, KHOSH is released from such obligations.
Liability
KHOSH’s liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned, except where otherwise required by law or in cases of intentional wrongdoing or gross negligen
